Black Narcissus

Based on Rumer Godden’s iconic gothic tale of sexual repression and forbidden love, BLACK NARCISSUS follows Sister Clodagh and the nuns of St Faith, as they travel through the Himalayas to set up a convent in the remote Palace of Mopu. But the isolated and beautiful Mopu, better known as the House of Women, has a tragic past, and is rumoured to be haunted by malevolent spirits - are there really ghosts here, or are the nuns just succumbing to long-repressed sexual desires?
